About Nashville's Gutters

Nashville's Gutters is a gutter company serving Nashville and 64 more towns across 12 counties of Middle Tennessee — and we stake our name on how the work goes.

Gutters are the cheapest protection a house has and the most casually installed — hung flat, undersized, nailed to rotten fascia. Our crews check the fascia, pitch the run so it drains, size the downspouts for a Tennessee thunderstorm, and price it all by the foot on paper.

What we do

  • Pitch every run. A quarter inch per ten feet toward the downspout, checked with a level, so the water goes where it should.
  • Size for the storm. Six-inch gutters and three-by-four downspouts on the roofs that need them; Middle Tennessee rain comes down fast.
  • Replace bad fascia first. New gutters on rotten wood fall off in a year; the fascia is repaired and priced by the foot.

What we will not do

  • Hang flat. A flat gutter holds water, breeds mosquitoes and pulls loose under the weight.
  • Sell guards as a cure. Guards reduce cleaning; they do not end it, and the wrong guard makes a roof shed water over the gutter in a downpour.
  • Screw into rot. Every hanger goes into sound wood; if it is not sound, you hear about it before the gutter goes up.

What we actually work on

Seamless gutters in Nashville.

The gutter problems Middle Tennessee homeowners bring us most often:

  • Gutters overflow in heavy rain
  • Water pooling at the foundation
  • Gutters pulling away
  • Constantly clogged with leaves
  • Staining down the siding
  • Ice damage in winter

Who does the work

Every gutter crew we run carries liability insurance on file with us, and the crews rolling seamless runs have done it on this region’s two-story eaves and complex rooflines on jobs we know.

Beyond the paperwork, the test is how somebody handles the part of a gutter job that does not go to plan — the honest call when the estimate has to change, and whether you hear about it before the work or after. The gutter companies who stay with us are the ones who have passed that test on jobs we know about.

Why we do not publish reviews yet

No reviews are shown on this site yet: a company this new does not have them, and a borrowed testimonial is the wrong way to start.

Where we work

Gutter crews serving Nashville also run to Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville — 65 towns across 12 counties. Each of the main cities has its own page — what its houses mean for gutter, who issues the permits, which neighborhoods are inside the run.

If you want to understand the work before you speak to anyone, our gutter guide covers what drives the price, what your options are and what a badly done job looks like — written so you can judge any gutter company in the region, including us.

Who we are

Michael Blair owns and runs Nashville's Gutters, and what these pages say is his to answer for. Everything here is written from the gutter and guard makers’ documentation, Tennessee code and how the gutter trade does the work, and it is revised when any of those change; each post goes up under his name with its date. The crews hanging the gutters are licensed and insured, they work to the commitments on the page, and Nashville's Gutters stands behind every run they hang.

You can look up a Tennessee contractor’s license at verify.tn.gov; the insurance paperwork is yours to request before anyone climbs a ladder at your house, and every city page here carries that town’s permit office.
